I spent years in the trenches of multifamily property management before I became a data scientist. I've been the person drowning in spreadsheets, manually reconciling utility bills, and staying late to compile reports that executives would barely glance at.
That frustration drove me to learn Python, SQL, and machine learning. Not because I loved coding (though I do now), but because I was tired of fighting with data when I should have been using it.
